hit sb.  clock 闹钟，老的闹钟在走是的声音是ke ke ke,就像punch打孔器的声音，so,  punch当动词用时指 用拳头打谁，so, clock 作为动词时means 揍谁一顿。在俚语里，clock sb. one 揍谁一顿，通常会省略掉”one” 。
